Die casting
Mercobronze industrial park is equipped to produce bronze parts using the Die Casting system, which is used to manufacture materials whose specificities do not allow the use of continuous casting.
With Die Casting, the company supplies orders from industries throughout the national territory, supplying bronze parts of the most different sizes intended for a range of purposes and applications.

Die Casting Process
Die casting is the name given to the casting process in permanent and reusable molds made of metal. The method uses gravity to fill the mold with liquid metal, or gas pressure and vacuum.
Although Mercobronze only uses die casting to manufacture bronze parts, the technique can also be used to forge materials in other alloys, such as aluminum and magnesium.
Metal manufacturers, such as Mercobronze, often use die casting to produce special parts in serial production. Due to the long durability of metal molds and the versatility to manufacture parts in the most different sizes and shapes, die casting is widely used all over the world.
The die casting process is simple: the metal mold is heated and greased with a release solution. Then, the material is poured into the mold, where thermal exchange occurs between the liquid metal and the mold. After solidification of the part, the mold is opened and the part is removed.
