Centrifugal casting
Centrifugal Casting enables Mercobronze to produce special parts, out of its scale production line to meet the specific demands of its customers.
With a large stock of molds for Centrifugal Casting, the company supplies orders for custom-made bronze parts for the entire national industry.

Centrifugal Casting Process
The centrifugal casting process consists of pouring liquid metal into a cylindrical mold rotating at high speed. Applied in the production of tubular parts, centrifugal casting is used to produce materials with high mechanical properties, with small and compacted grains due to the high centrifugal force produced inside the mold, which presses the metal in a liquid state against its walls.
After the centrifugation stage, caused by turning the mold, the mold and its contents are poured and cooled to obtain the intended part.
The manufacturing of bronze parts through centrifugal casting requires highly specialized labor. With very low staff turnover and constant technical improvement of its team, Mercobronze has established itself as one of the main manufacturers of bronze parts through centrifugal casting.
